2 containers of fresh mushrooms
half a block of white queso cheese
1/2 cup of cheddar shreds
yukon gold potatoes
plain yogurt
green tomatoes
harvested basil from the garden- about three cups.
a boxful of hickory nuts to dry, crack, store.
I'm thinking I'll make pesto sauce for the freezer. I have Trader Joe's pine nuts in the freezer.
A Pizza Hut knock off will help use up some mushrooms and basil.
Any other ideas on what to do with the rest of this list?
My in-laws are bringing three dozen eggs from their hens. I'll need ideas on egg usage too.
