Making Freezer Apple Pie Filling and Freezer Applesauce.
I'd take a picture but I'm missing my memory card.
Anyway, the house smells great, the stove is bubbling away and I am finally done tackling all those dirty apples.
Next up- walnuts and hickory nuts.

Thanks for posting the link to the freezer applesauce recipe. My neighbor offered me some apples off his tree, so I might give that a try.
