Bread Machine Recipe: Italian Whole Wheat Sage Bread
For a 2 pound loaf- place in your bread machine in the order called for.
1 1/3 cups of water
4 teaspoons of oil
2 2/3 cups of bread flour
1 1/3 cups of whole wheat flour
1 1/2 teaspoons of sugar
1 tablespoon of fresh sage (or 1/2 teaspoon of dried, crushed sage)
1 teaspoon of salt
1 1/4 teaspoons of yeast
You can use either the whole grain cycle or the basic white bread cycle.
(I selected the dough cycle and will bake this in my oven. I also substituted garlic powder and Italian seasoning for the sage.)

Thanks Jenny! I'm going to try it this week for spaghetti night (now that I can eat spaghetti without throwing up. YAY!)
