Heather has a great website called Economical Eats filled with great recipes.
Last night I made her corn casserole with our homemade baked beans and weenies. It was a hit!
I substituted cottage cheese for the sour cream and it was still great.
Who doesn't need more great economical recipes to keep us eating cheaply at home?
