A small journey towards a more frugal and clutter free existence-- while dragging my husband and children along with me.

Seasons Overwhelmings and the beginning of the terrible twos.
My delightful little boy has chosen this month to enter into the beginnings of the terrible twos (which with my daughter lasted until she was 3.5).
I am getting nothing done except wrestling crayons and markers away from him and keeping him from imminent death.
Thank Goodness I don't have to do anymore Christmas shopping. But, I'm dreading the Christmas baking and assembling. How am I going to get it all done when I use his naps to recooperate from his toddlerly tirades and to do basic chores like laundry?
I'm feeling less like Martha Stewart and more like Peg Bundy.

I think the cage idea is a good one. :-) Good luck and don't forget it's going to be Christmas whether you want it to or not!!!!! :)

We did have a plastic play yard that we called his cage but he's outgrown it. That picture is just him goofing around after he absconded with my one empty laundry basket. Little stinker.
My little guy is 19 months old, and definitely working on being a 2 year old. I threaten to put him in a garbage can on a daily basis!
