I used about two tbs. of sesame oil in the wok and maybe a tsp. of oil in the noodle water. <br />Cabbage is a good idea. LOTS of oil, like, cook your noodles and then fry them in like, 1/4 cup of canola oil.<br /><br />2. LOTS of soy sauce, like 1/4 - 1/2 cup. I'm serious.<br /><br />3. Cabbage. Seriously! It's cheap, so take out places use it a lot.<br /><br />This is a really yummy sauce combination: 2 parts soy sauce, 1 part sesame oil, 1 part molasses, 1/2 part mustard.<br /><br />WTG on your pantry!
